Throw a AOE blast. Touch him once.
10x isn't a complete statue and they start off equal.
Skill don't matter when one has giant AOE. There's also flight ig if Raditz flies into the atmosphere or some shit to carpet bomb AOE.
Like, he isn't getting that ki blast off, but it is there, and it would win.
