Saitama matchup doesn't really make sense anymore since he was made to be absolutely invincible protagonist, so we don't know if anything would work on him or not.

Warping space. If I remember correctly to the point up to where I've read (volume 7/8/9 or so), Jibril has split an entire ocean before, warped space (literally, like, even brought the air surrounding them) to bring Sora and Shiro to the bottom of the ocean, etc.

I can't say for sure. NGNL is a series revolving around wits and games, and offensive feats are rare.
