Saitamas stats are generally listed as 'at least, likely higher' whereas Eggberts are listed as 'likely', and are the result of casual feats, so you have to consider that Saitama is at least to some extent superior to Eggbert statwise if you have speed equalized. Given that and the fact that saitama can attack from high range with shockwaves and Saitama wins this since neither have hax or significantly noted skill and it becomes just a stat battle.

I'm tempted to vote Dad here, Autopastry is a surprisingly effective defense ability and he's shown quite a bit of combat prowess by managing to defeat Cans one on one (A character who physically can punch themselves and others through time and space). The trouble with Saitama's shock wave attack is that he strongly prefers using close ranged attacks and it would be very out of character for him to spam at a distance.
