Saitama vs a pile of metal

I mean Saitama's best aoe attacks are the shock wave (Is only Multi-Continental) and the Serious Table Flip (which should be useless for air targets)

How far into 5-B are the Zentradi?
In the original SDF Macross, we saw the Queadluun powered armor piloted by Milia crashing into just about every single apartment, condo, skyscraper, and bridge she could find in the city just to escape pursuit. She suffered no damage in the process, revved her engines and simply left. In DYRL, a Nousjadeul-Ger battlesuit was seen crashing through multiple layers of the SDF-Macross, finally smashing into the living quarters, head first, and what did the pilot do? He flipped back up as if nothing happened. These examples were just the Zentradi powered armor.

As for Zentradi ships, in one episode, we seen a drunk Kamjin, who exited fold space and collided into another Zentradi vessel as the former was decelerating from light speed. Aside from a little fender bender, the two ships did not suffer any lasting damage. Zentradi vessels were observed to smash through asteriod fields because they could. Moreover, note that downed Zentradi ships on Earth (as depicted in Macross and Macross PLUS) neither snapped nor broke. Instead, they 'burrowed' into the ground once they crash landed from orbit.
