Now in terms of rule 13 that is not how it works unless you allow it which I guess you do non-Naruto characters do not gain chakra.

The Saitama sub-rel feat is casual. Same with his AP, he could probably one-shot Kaguya with shockwaves alone.

The problem is that if Kaguya uses genjutsu it's probably GG.

It may be casual but assuming more would be fallacious without any proof. Yeah he can oneshot with shockwaves but someone 3 times your speed with teleportation and flight eould be nigh impossible to hit.

Kaguya stomps,she can see 359' and has precog via sharingan,ashe bones+teleport,genjutsu,BFR.

Ice Dimension can trap him inside ice.Even Naruto's TSBs couldnt move fast inside her ice.

Acid dimension is completely made of acid(i guess) and so is Lava.

Saitama cant one shot with shokwaves,I doubt he can even slightly damage her with them.
