Soul Manipulation is used to destroy mana after the target is dead.

Saber is scaled from Berzerker who is stated to destroy mountains, so she's probably barely above Baseline

I have many things to say.

First, being liquified is not even close to a high regen feat. Low-High max. Pretty sure that Excalibur Morgan would vapourise him seeing as it stronger than the normal excalibur

Second, his regen is stated to only work against non-mystical attacks. What would you call a spiritual being compressing all the hopes and dreams of humanity into a blast of dark energy? I'd say that's mystical.

Third, Excalibur is a Divine Construct, and he is weak to heavenly weapons. It would be able to harm him easily.

Fourth, wouldn't that type 8 immortality just mean Zarathos comes back? Not the ghost rider here? And how long does his regen/god bringing him back that actually take?

Fifth, her magic resistance is still hella powerful and would be able to shrug off a hell of a lot of his magical attacks.

Sixth, penance stare wouldn't do much to her on a account of A) that magic resist and B) her not having many sins

Seventh, @William Shadow, she has neither of those, she resists them.

1) Even then, he's inmune to fire, even if Excalur Morgan does not use fire, vaporize GR is kinda....

4) He can regenerate limbs really quickly, he can regenerate his skull after being destroyed without any effort or pain.

5) Okay.

6) Im pretty sure PS will work, seeing that she was corruted by AWE, and is not based only on sins, but in how many suffering you ever inflicted on other people.

1 - Doesn't use fire, uses sheer magical energy, along with spatial distortions.

2 - Says in his durability that his regen only helps against non-mystical attacks

4 - My bad. I meant how long does it take for God to resurrect him, not talking about his regen.

6 - she isn't directly controlled by it, she's simply had her good/evil alignment switched to from lawful good to lawful evil. It's sins are not her own.

Assuming God revives him soon, I'm voting Inconclusive as Saber will never put him down, but Ghost won't put him down either.

But for now, let's try if anyone can tell us about Ghost's type 8

Ironically, I manage to find some Info.

Regenerationn:

• A Ghost Rider recovers from having their head destroyed
• A Ghost Rider re-growing a leg that had been torn off
• A Ghost Rider's whole body was destroyed and he came back moments later

Hellfire:

• Ghost Riders can infuse other objects with Hellfire.
• Ghost Riders can fire projectile Hellfire blasts.
• Hellfire weakens magical enchantments

There's a lot of things about Penance Stare, so I'm going to put it in another comment

His whole body being destroyed looks like High Mid to me, seems like he's been torn to pieces. Excalibur still vapourises

When they are infused or shot like projectiles, her magic resist is still going to nullify it.

As for weakening magical enchantments, that's not really going to do much, seeing as the only "enchantment" Arturia uses is Invisible Air, and Alter doesn't even use that.

Okay, why PS could work on Saber?

Penance Stare works on spirits and ghost: 1, 2

Not only cound physical pain, but mental anguish as well: 1

It singes to your psyche and make you feel the pain you make on other people, over and over, every blow, cut and wound : 1

It can bypass physical defenses like invulneravility: 1

It work on people who does not regret their actions, either becuase they like what they do or they believe in their cause: 1, 2.

• One time GR visit a prison full of people without any regret, pity, remorse or love and burns all of them: 1 , 2 and 3.

All life is a sin for the eyes of the Spirit of Vegeance: 1.

• Slapping you wife counts: 1.
• There was a group of humans that "evolved" where all they do is feed, including humans. It was normal and part of the functio of the race.... It counts anyway: 1.
• Warned two cops who were chasing a speeding car into an area crowded of innocents: 1

If Saber does not qualify this things, then I don't know what could.

Goash dang it New, I wanted to do a GR thread with a Fate character. Beat me by 1 day.

Anyway, looks to me like basically living is sin. I mean it would make sense given that all men have the original sin and all. But to what I recall, GR's regen should be better than Deadpool's, I'm guessing the reasoning on his page is just a little lacking. I think we should consult a Marvel expert for this one.

Depends on how he dies, there are instances when he comes back within minutes or hours and there are times when it takes days due to him having to either fightning ir talking with satan to let him back to life
