He has other ways of winning aside from just killing her. Also he probably has something that could get past the regen.
 
btw doesnt her regen have a drawback, like she cant regenerate if her fibers are cut from each side or smthn
 
Acid: The armor can fire acid from the gauntlet's finger nozzle. It can also be mixed with cryogenics to give off a form of "acid ice".

Sleep Gas: Tranquilizer/stunning gas is released from the gauntlet's palms (Later versions can spread gas from the whole suit) to knock out people for a few hours.

Omnibeam: Rather than only firing beam type attacks, the Omnibeam can generate heats at 25,232 degrees Fahrenheit, extremely powerful lights causing irreversible blindness in the enemy, and emit ultrasonic attacks capable of stunning even superhumanly durable foes and even causing disintegration. The other way the Omnibeam is fired is by absorbing or draining any energy in Iron Man's vicinity, drawing it into his chest reactor and converting it into billions of petawatts and firing it.

All prior abilities, Acid Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Surface Scaling, Resistance to Absolute Zero, Plasma Manipulation, Quantum Manipulation, Hacking, Enhanced Senses, Homing Attack, Absolute Zero, Self-Destruction, Regenerationn (High-Low for himself, Mid-Low for his armor), Status Effect Inducement (Can blind, freeze, ignite, trap, paralyze, sleep and drain enemies), Power Nullification via Zero-Point Energy,


There has to be a few things there that would get him the win.

If he dissolves her to atoms, then her Regenerationn wouldn't save her.
 
Mkay, so Ryuko starts at a roughly 2x ap advantage

Ryuko can regen from the omnibeam and passively repels the sound based portion of the attack

Ryuko can regen from acid and passively melts her way out of being frozen

Iirc power null only works on energy/magic so it woildnt really help here
 
Good so him using them immediately isn't a question

Question is if Zenkai will come in to help early enough
 
True but they don't really have the AoE to destroy her body in full. Though he absolutely does have that ability to amp it

We updated how Angsizing is measured on this site and we use it to find how big the hole was that Ryuko split

Probably worth a check
 
@Calca Because some forms are explicitly missing half the powers her other forms have so its easier to list what she does have than list what she doesnt
 
Damn son I dodged a bullet and got the shooter arrested and didn't even know it

I would pay for a crossover...

IM can counter Zenkai with Energy Conversion to power boost, Ryuko creates shockwaves, air slashes, explosions and friction any time she attacks, there is plenty of energy that Stark can absorb from all that chaos.

Plus Tony technically has the Stamina advantage by just absorbing energy, he can analyze Ryuko, neutralize her regen through several methods (Repulsor Energy, Radiation, Unibeams which are Repulsors but more OP), has experience and knowledge over several characters (Files of every superhuman in Civil War + Other Avengers, X-Men, F4 and the like) with similar powers, and will go all out if he finds Matoi as a threat.

Also doesnt his Radiation manip only work against people who get their power from radiation like Hyperion?

Plus Ryuko should have an innate resistance to radiation due to being half Life Fiber when Life Fibers float through space like nothing
