Masked Man Obito downscales from Minato since he got ****** up by his Rasengan, but was still able to keep going which after a lot of searching should be about 600 Megatons while Ryuko Upscales from a 147 Megaton Blast that she Zenkai'd from and got even stronger afterwards. So not a huge AP Difference.

Last I checked Ryuko scales above 145 Megatons while Obito scales above 600 Megatons since Minato is stronger than Jiraiya who is listed as Superior to Itachi and Sasuke who are 600 Megatons. Also, they both have Class M LS.

She resisted Ragyo's Mind Stitching which instantly took control of the entire studnt body of Honouiji Academy which was calculated to be that high. Each member also has a resistance to Life Fiber powers

Mk 2 Elite 4 were undamaged by a 145 megaton explosion at point blank range

COVERs are equal to the Mk 2 elite 4

Satsuki while near death and without Junketsu was undamaged by the same explosion. Satsuki oneshots COVERs.

Nui stomps this version of Satsuki, and her clones which are stated to b vastly weaker than herself stomp the Mk 2 Elite 4 casually

Ryuko without Senketsu is equal to Nui and oneshot dozens of COVERs with an offhanded attack as well as oneshotting numerous Nui clones
