Also, I think Garou is scaling from Boros or something? The last time I checked, Ryüko was like, 6 times stronger than Boros. Yeah, Ryüko probably one-shots though I'm not sure.

Actually, looking at her fight with Boros again, she's 7.5 times stronger than him.
