Ryuko's advantages:

- easily blitz Lucy (this is if she manages to notice Lucy's vectors and get passed them safely)

- Higher destructive capability (unless if we are using melting point Lucy)

- Better Stamina

- Lucy's Vectors will not do much unless if she attacks both sides of Ryuko's body (Lucy won't know Ryuko's weaknesses, she will need to slice her till there is only blood left so she can't regenerate)

Lucy's advantages:

- intagibility with her vectors (ignores durability)

- she can take Ryuko out by surprise (vectors are invisible, they are visible in the anime but that is just for us viewers to see) this will work if Ryuko can't sense movement and if she goes head on to Lucy, she won't expect invisible hands and won't even react to them...)

- Lucy has better range with her vectors (this depends what the gap is between their fight)

result: I can see it being Lucy if they are kilometers away from each other or more likely towards Ryuko if they are very close to each other (It depends on the distance between them in the start of their fight)

I'll give it to Ryuko with her higher speed, and regen, but Lucy's invisible attacks could be a problem.
