What can Miraculous Ryuko do against High-Mid regen though? Cutting Kill La Kill Ryuko won't work since High-Mid allows her to regenerate from that

Ryuko (The hot one) can't get past Ryuko's (the miraculous one) elemental intangibility, if Ryuko (the miraculous one) chooses to use it due to lack of NPI, so maybe it can be incon?

Miraculous Ryuko's elemental intangibility needs to be activated first though, and she doesn't start with it
She also needs to basically remain either wind, water or lightining forever so Kill-La-Kill Ryuko can't harm her

Even if that is the case, it isn't like Ryuko (the hot one) is going to one-shot now unless we know who has higher AP. I suspect it'll be a slugging match, which Ryuko (the hot one) would probably win in due to having stupidly high stamina.
Ryuko (the miraculous one) could then incon by activating her intangibility.

Her sword just has high 6-A cutting power, it doesnt straight up bust continents that's why it doesnt have high 6-A striking power. Allowing the Scissor blade is perfectly fine.
Also this version of ryuko has combat applicable regen so incapping is borderline impossible
