The normal hits can be used to absorb tho (She has to impale Ryüko with her wings, then she starts draining). And while Ryüko has AP, Chaos took hits from things that are just as strong as Ryüko and she was alive.

Zeus being country level is a little sketchy. It is Synapase ultimate weapon besides the reality warping which isn't really a weapon. The weapons that Pandora Ikaros uses are large country level. The same thing with Astraea and neither one are stronger than Zeus. Pandora Chaos was hit by a full powered blast twice and did show a single lick of pain. Zeus was designed to be a large scale weaponary basically its anti air system weapon that works on a large scale.

No the Angeloids use the weapons that were created on synapse. The strongest is Zeus until Chaos turned into pandora 2 and Astraea as well. It's even stated by Chaos that their are greater weapons than them.Kaltias said:

What are you talking about? Ikaros herself has said she is not match for Zeus. They use the weapons created on synapse and Zeus is by far the strongest one by miles. It is Synapse protected and air defense. No Angeloid can hold a candle to it except Chaos,who has the power to destroy everything on synapse on and take it on when she achieved pandora mode 2 like Minos planned and Astraea, who is stronger than Chaos by a lot.

Ikaros has also said it when she was telling tomoki the story of her destroying Synapse. She said she did it before Zeus was installed and even mentioned its stronger than her. None of Ikaros forms are a match for Zeus. Either way you're ignoring the fact that its the strongest weapon on Synapse. Far stronger than the weapons the angeloids have which are large country level. The laser cannon has enough power to protect a continent because of what Ikaros did until Chaos and Astraea have enough power to destroy it and Synapse.

Chaos's absorption doesn't actually require to physically absorb the enemy (although she still does it quite often) it's more a energy/power absorption sort of thing. For example, when she absorbed the Melan, she absorbed their reactors, but not their bodies, and she absorbed Hiyori without assimilating her body (she can do that to life forms too)
