Joe: Fought beings with literal aeons of experience.
Ryu: Fought a few peeps. One guy who's like, 200. Also trained super hard.

Anyway. Joe due to experience. Other than that, they're almost identical, but Joe is smaller. So he may be harder to hit?

We've already established he's fought with people who've fought since the time of the dinosaurs and see millions of years as there equivalent of decades, and people older then them. It's at least in a similar range, especially throwing in people like the Masters, and he still dura negates
Also, KJ has way more range.
