Enemy KJ (one used in the OP) doesnt have hearts and even then, it has never shown to be able to one shot enemies with similar health to the player character

Im back, dude. Ryu scales to all of the world warriors up to Street Fighter V, and Ryu could fight Black Dino Tommy Oliver in BASE, without even needing to amp himself with the suit.
And without the suit Ryu can easly scale to the entire gacha of power rangers characters and main bosses, KJ has no experience compared to that.
Who has he fought? ******* Kirby (and lost) and the bosses? Dont kid me.
