Yes, but since is already stated in his scaling jusitifcation of fighting Raven, trying to justify his AP by saying his should be superior to Penny is redundant.

Saying that he should be superior to an inferior character is pointless if it is already established that he is superior.

Personally I'd remove that line. Might as well say that he should be superior to Cardin, or he should be superior to the shopkeeper.

Should we go with 22 tons for 8-B RWBY due to how it's questionable whether they're 19 or 88 tons. I'd personally go for 19 tons since 88 seems sort of outlierish

We need though to pin pointing a good medium of where on 8-B they are because 19 tons < RWBY cast <<<<< 88 tons sounds too vague, like we don't really know their AP. I mean is Ruby = Qrow now? It's more applicable that the larger grimm like Goliaths are 88 tons, just fyi

Shame that the cast don't have many significant feats - and that almost everything relies on scaling most of the cast to a single feat

Not this is unusual or wrong mind you, just that it is a shame there aren't more common high tier feats.

I think that's mainly due to the setting. It's hard to have large scale destruction in a verse where fear = death.

The funny thing is he's more developed and has a backstory in the game. Apparently he grew up blind in Vacuo. It's pretty cool but I assume they did that to promote the spinoff book about team CFVY at Vacuo.
