By the way, should all Post-Timeskip students be High 8-C, or should we only upgrade Weiss's summons, Velvet with Penny's swords, etc.? The True Paladins could no-sell attacks from Velvet's copy of Ruby's Crescent Rose

I think all Post Timeskip students should be High 8-C, Ruby could one shot a Nevermore in volume 4 when before she needed BWY's help.

Especially since they're 1.5 tons, assuming they've gotten at least 0.5 stronger isn't that much of a leap is it?

Personally High 8-C goes to post-timeskip people (All more or less comparable to Ruby who one shot a Nevermore who is 8-C+), Coco (One shot three Nevermore), Mercury and Emerald (Comparable to Coco).

Dunno about the rest of team CFVY, Penny, or Pyrrha.

This + Weiss' summons and Yang after "powering up" i'd say.
