[R1M1] Re; FcOc Tier 5-C Tournament: Alva vs Penny

After much consideration, and advice from those with greater experience, I have decided to restart the Tier 5-C tournament, with reduction to 16 participants, and removal of certain overpowered characters. The rules are still as follows:

• Equalized Speed
• Everyone's 5-C Key is used.
• All Matches take place on the Lawverse's Limitless Field.
• SBA for anything else.

(Note that rules may be edited depending on the match in question.)

For our first match, we have Alva (The Deathmachine) from the One Punch Man: Future Generations verse, and Penny Polendina from the Dragon Ball RWBY verse.

So, the first Alva will do is scan her opponent. Her scanner reveals that Penny has a high level of power, so Alva won’t waste too much time in going in. The scanning also reveals Penny’s weaknesses, so Alva is aware of how her aura works.

Knowing this, Alva goes for her Nova Gong attack, which causes such a rending noise that Penny’s ability to think straight is somewhat hindered, and she then launches a stream of fire and a few hundred blasts.

Another option for her would be to hold her down with Nova Slime after her Nova Gong keeps her from dodging, which explodes into an expansive adhesive that prevents her from really going anywhere. From there she could use spam blasts or even Omni Nova and completely destroy the aura before going in for the kill with some other move of hers

Penny's scaling chain: Ozpin (baseline moon level) < Fall Madien Cinder Fall (killed ozpin) ~ post zenki Orange amp bann (4 times stronger then 7.4 Exatons, fought on par with Cinder) < Curious Neo (could somewhat fight OA EA Bann and WM EA Penny) < Ever After Orange amp bann ~ Winter Maiden Ever After Penny < Ozpin (200+ years ago. Killed King Piccolo in his prime)

Penny's aura can survive attacks at least 10 times stronger then herself (as shown with the Furious Cat battling Wrathful Bann who is 10 times more powerful then his friends who's aura could let survive attacks from them), but weaker attacks can chip away at her Aura until it breaks

I imagine a 10,000+ blast danmaku would do a good job in getting the aura broken down in good time, even if they are all weaker a decent bit than the times 10. Alva can definitely break it down with the sheer volume of moves she has, and can multiple her attacking power by focusing her core functions on her blasting (this would make it harder to dodge a counterattack, but either way, the stat amp + spam ought to be enough)

What about the over ten thousand blasts that Alva can shoot? Her ability to amp her attack with core functions will make the blasts multiple times stronger as well

Penny can sill make ice shilds or ki forcefields or magic forcefields to protect herself

Penny's skill is comparable to king piccolo saga Goku as Penny has beaten Cinder in a One vs One and Cinder could fight against and kill Ozpin who is skilled enough to fight on par with Prime King Piccolo 200+ years ago and trained with Kami for years and becoming Kami's friend

Penny has dealt with danmaku before, she could just make multiple Blade's around her that spin around to destroy any attacks sent her way + ki/magic forcefields around herself

Alva could put her to sleep with Nova Gas and then attack when her aura goes down. Or, perhaps even Nova Gong affects her ability to think severely enough that is deactivated on its own? Is she able to use her aura without thinking? Because if not, Alva can easily exploit either option

I did some calculations and apparently the maximum limit of damage Penny's aura can take is 300 times her base durability before getting one shot

So uh yeah, although that's the maximum limit of her Aura and weaker attacks can still chip away at it

Even so, if she is asleep or under the effects of Nova Gong she can’t really stop Alva from doing whatever she needs to (she doesn’t have resistance to sleep or sound on her profile, so she’d have to find a way to dodge either of them). Alva can then get closer and activate her own aura, her ‘Disruption Aura’ which could nullify or at least push away Penny’s, leaving her susceptible (hell, Alva may even be able to absorb it since she can absorb ki/energy attacks anyway). From there she could use her blasts or even her claw and finish it

Alva can multiply her attack significantly, and 300 times base (while very impressive) is still only enough for her to not be one shot. Alva’s attacks will have more of an effect than this makes it sound, especially with the sheer volume of them as well.

Doesn’t address how Nova Gong will still basically take her out of the fight mentally and leave her completely open. Nova Gong + any combination of spam moves and disruption aura/absorption of Penny’s aura looks like a win con to me

Seems like Deathmachine wins this with a larger arsenal of abilities, epic-legs robot FRA
