RWBY: Grimm Dragon question

So Weekly brought this to my attention

In the Episode "Battle of Beacon" the Dragon manages to do an Earthquake by waking up, this quake can be felt from the mountain to the center of Vale

What yield is this?

Yeah, we actually see the Dragon flying over to the city and it's not hundreds of kilometers away as the world map would suggest.

Plus, if that is the school, that would mean the school is also a few dozen kilometers too large.
