Im curious what antifeats there would even be in a case like this? This revision is just upgrading their combat speed and reactions, its not their running speed that will be of this level, so arguing that 'they dont run around that fast' doesnt hold any water, and the bullets argument doesnt work for a verse like this because the projectiles in the verse literally work on the mechanics of becoming stronger and faster proportional to the user's aura

The former is WoG-based, the latter is literally Oscar just dodging actual lightning. Raw Lightning Dust created natural lightning when projected, as shown during the Vytal Festival where it was used to create cloud to ground lightning that Nora absorbed as well as the World of Remnant video where a human used lightning dust to create cloud to ground lightningok so
