That is an incredibly dumb Wincon, pardon my choice of words. Especially since she one shots even without accounting for her abilities. Psycho Throw means GoB spam is useless, or Psycho Compression.

With hundreds of kilometers in range there's nothing stopping her from doing it right off the bat either. Gil can pull out Ea in theory, but he will never do it before he dies which seems likely to be in a few seconds. That's not really a wincon.

If we go by Fate/Grand Order (Gacha game, mainly story arcs), Gilgamesh would totally demolish since he's like 1-A or far higher. However I am not sure about Lufasu, I haven't read the novel and I don't know if she defeated Alovenas.

So I have to go with Gilgamesh.

1-A Gil is not a thing, not even close, and this is Servant Gil that is only 6-C except for specific weapons.

But yes, this is not a win for Gil at all. She can do her stuff faster than he can pull a weapon, charge it up and fire.
