My first note is that, he's getting jumped a lot. Whatever the escalation results in, he is not the first aggressor in any of these. I think that it is a mitigating factor, if someone is acting out, that they are sort of being goaded into it by the other side. Not you guys, specifically, but in general.
I agree that this goes against what he received permission for, though our rules technically only say that staff can give permission, not limit the scope of what you can say. It might be considered a rule violation to sidetrack an official discussion, though there is some debate to be had about whether he did this, since that tends to need a continuous presence. Whether we want to slap a distinct warning on the user for not staying true to Reiner's instructions is a matter I'm neutral on.

Yeah, I even took his defense for that in an earlier report, but at one point, you can't just keep saying "he gets jumped on a lot/people are mean to him" as a reason for his behavior. I got insulted several times by him, on multiple occasions and in different ways, and I never once insulted him back nor belittled him.

I wouldn't say it’s entirely off topic, it just includes more explanation and extra elements than necessary, which, from his "perspective", are relevant to the topic. So I don't believe this is reportable or warning worthy. Neutral on the first report.

Personally I disagree with Azerty's ban right now. I share opinion with Cipher there. Technically his CRT, exactly his CRT raised good question of our wiki standards. He is getting better(probably. but I don't see exactly where he insults people?). About other things I wanted to say simply disagreeing and ignoring other people's disagreeing shouldn't equal to ban. Since debating and all scaling comes to subjective it justs comes to "whose interpretation is stronger". I would say it might be at best another warning but not ban or restriction.

Sean does seem to agree those comments were too much. I'd oppose a permanent ban if not for those comments. Didn't Strym say those comments were made recently? If they were made years ago such as right after the Pokemon vs Digimon DB video was made, I could see the idea of improvement afterwards.
