As pointed out in the thread and in Antvasima's message wall, I'd like to report @Eficiente due to her behavior here, she re opened the thread just to say how my application of the CRT is Low quality without saying how, other than insulting me and antagonizing me for no reason.
 
Efi was referred as "her" in various times, but is irrelevant, their behavior is still unacceptable for a Mod
 
Slightly blunt perhaps, and I wasn't following that thread since I don't know much about the verse or know what's even going on for that matter. But he didn't seem malicious in that post and was more so complaining about how poorly the page edit was done. But I think Damage is handling it just fine.

Also, we don't usually report staff members on RVR thread, we message HR groups if you have problems or concerns for staff members.

Also, off topic, but I recall most people using male pronouns. But they may confirm if it's one or the other.

I’ve already pointed out a lot of issues with Efi in the past and I do think he/she needs to shape up but I think that’s been covered to death at this point.

edit: And I saw his very next post... for god sakes...
 
If this is better suited for the Human Resources thread, I believe the topic should be dropped here and moved onto the Human Resources thread. Let’s nip this in the bud before it blows out of proportion, hm?
 
There is no Human Resources thread. Contacting HR involves directly privately messaging members in that group.
 
I haven't seen that post, and I too do see and pretty much agree with some of the problems with him. But it is best to privately contact an HR group member peacefully instead of dumping more drama on the RVR thread, as doing so can potentially provoke said members further. Second, @Eficiente also does still have the right to know at least that the reports are going on.

Prom already said she's bringing it up. And it was more so in the staff chat.
 
Eficiente was behaving in an odd and rather inappropriate manner in that thread, but not insulting anybody as far as I noticed.

This is definitely an insult and I don't accept such an arrogant treatment towards me.
 
I'll just throw a small bone in and say that Efi throwing accusations of Strym or someone else being mallicious with editing the pages to "do whatever he wanted and is trying to get away with it" doesnt exactly help Efi's case either. Worsens it if anything.
 
Well, I agree that it isn't good behaviour.

Eficiente is usually very rational and helpful though, so I hope that he can be convinced to be more polite.

Look, all I'm saying is the behavior isn't a one-time thing, but is an occurrence that has happened more than once. I'm not exactly sure how many times being a mod will shield you from having rants and tantrums, there has to be a limit. :/
 
@DatOneWeeb I'm not sure why either of those specific screenshots you posted would be considered bad behaviour.

Maybe the claim that he'd delete further replies was bad, but maybe it was him actually fulfilling his role as a thread moderator. I don't know the full context for whether stopping that conversation was justified.

Guys, let the HR group take care of it; and those screenshots were brought up months ago and already addressed. It's not demotion worthy and focus more on his most recent posts please.

This seems like a pointless comment. I would understand if the message was something like "hey i dont wanna report some staff member but i wanna know if this is a bad or not" but it isn't. If you want to report an important member of the staff team and you think you're right, then simply do it. Also, what Daba Dee said.
