I will go with Gray High Diff Gray is just better with Ice Control in general compared to Rukia He is also got more combat experience per se that will help him out here, at least one other ice user comparable to himself and more variety of opponents he has fought, albeit it is worth noting that Rukia has lived longer, at least half of this time was with no or fodder combat experience.


I dont like fairy tail, but he has this. If Rukia had bankai, then her but Gray takes it now.
