Rudeus Greyrat vs. Merlin (Nanatsu no Taizai)

^what is with being captured in a indestructible cube?

merlin also has teleportation for herself + all element control far better than rudeus showed,

as far as i remember in their powersets i dont see rudeus win a lot of fights (unless he becomes my fanfic-version of rudeus where he is a immortal dragon race person with infinite amount of mana :D)

^it only works if the user didnt fire the spell already, and merlins cube or range-teleportation are instantly and without any clear "gathering" of mana that rudeus could disperse...

all in all, i see merlin winning more fights than losing :/

That would only apply to Ran Ma. MAS is able to cancel any and all spells as long as the user has at least the same amount of mana output as the spell. Considering what we know about Rudeus, I'd be more than willing to bet that he'll be able to do it whenever needed, though I don't think this will be one-sided considering how powerful the genre Merlin belongs to. Either way, I'll be on Rudeus' side on this one.

Much as I want to keep this open, because the latest post actually adds something to the discussion, this is also 3 years old, and most likely, both challengers changed somewhere in the meantime.

Closing this.
