Saber is equal to Celica who is either comparable to or weaker than Alm who is equal to Zeke (Camus) = 15.6 Kilotons

Zoro is equal to Luffy who is equal to Enel= 65.3 Kilotons

Then, we got Zoro who can legit show ranged attacks, Saber has no way of doing so and thus would be at a greater disadvantage.

While Saber is o the Whitewing sisters, who are comparable to Marth at Mach 223.63

A 4.3x AP advantage isn't stompish. At most you can way Zoro stomps because he's that stronger, 3x faster and has better abilities but just with AP this is not a stomp.
