I didn't put the speed amp in Zeus' techniques because I just think it's just him increasing his speed to test Adam, since with each hit, regardless of the technique, the speed increased. Also, I don't think it makes sense for the most powerful god to date to take so long to reach everyone's base speed in ragnarok.

Everything looks good, though I'd still prefer to address Zeus's 0-time punch in some way, or at least make it clear he goes at such speed only when using that technique, since he doesn't seem to employ it again after the first time.

Well, yes. This is already profiled in the speed section.

And he uses the technique later, only it's those kanji in the middle of the screen that nobody translates.

I think I can now apply the changes then. I don't know if I'll do it now, too late. When I do this I will call someone to close the CRT.
