Rocky Balboa vs Balrog

Balrog is faster so it's a stomp.
Assuming speed is equalized, Balrog still wins. Rocky is on the lower end of Wall level, Balrog is at least that. Add here the ridiculous weight advantage Balrog has (135kg to 88kg, Balrog is also taller and bulkier) and the fact that Balrog is not above playing dirty by using headbuts and stomping on the opponent's feet.
