I was discussing a comparisson of Chief to the Megaman characters with a friend, and he brought up Samus. That got me curious, since the strongest Megaman character would be EXE, since Universal+ and low 2-C. I'm curious how the two would compare. He pointed out a few key points for Samus, which I have provided, and now I want to know: would either stand up to the other?
