This one is very straight forward; Roadrunner should definitely scale to Coyote. Speed is obvious, as Coyote was never capable of keeping up with Roadrunner. He also should scale AP wise, considering how he could directly stun Coyote numerous times, like here .

Well, the cartoons usually have Coyote's equipment backfiring against him. But Roadrunner did physically damage Coyote several times, so he should scale to large star.

It also doesn't work for me; though, Bugs Bunny usually stomps most of his foes. I know the main Tier 4 feat came from Yosemite Sam and Marvin the Martian, but I recall that feat actually having a lot of complaints. Not that I have anything to do with them, but I think you know who has complaints with gag feats in general.

I mean, they're called lightning bolts and they are made of electricity, since Coyote needs rubber gloves. Yeah, they chase Roadrunner like heat seeking missiles, but that's Looney Tunes, their equipment is often behaving in a cartoony way, for instance, then Coyote shot a bullet at RR, the bullet failed to keep up with him and decided to just stop and change directions. Not like it really matters here, Roadrunner has better feats.
