Rin Okumura vs Allen Walker

Allen should take it not only due to the sword of exorcism - which will be hell for Rin if it hits, as it destroys/exorcises the evil within the target, causing not only damage but also excruciating pain - but also by versatility and a lot of experience fighting the sort of thing Rin has.
Low-Mid Regenerationn shouldn't be too much of a problem for Allen either, as he already fought Kanda who has the same lvl of regen, while he didn't even want to actually kill him.
Not to mention his sheer endurance and force of will. In Noah's Ark he had a prolonged, hard-fought battle against Tyki Miki who was on his lvl, took a long beating from Lavi right after - he didn't even fight back on this one, because he was trying to make him regain his senses - and AFTER that was stomped by a far superior Awakened Tyki and still did not fall, lasting long enough for his master to take things from that point onwards.
Also of note is that even if Allen should be unable to continue battle, his innocence can function in such a way that allows him to continue fighting, so it's not easy at all to put him down for good.
Last but not least, there's nothing stopping him from opening a dimension gate and appearing right next to Rin or above him , to cut him up as he did to kill a Skull once.
