While preparing for the final battle with his enemies, Deku gets a tip from All Might that “an old friend is coming soon for a quick test of his skills.” Eager to prove himself, Deku goes forward to meet this “Champion Evaluation Officer” and show that his planet is in good hands.

Just so happens that this Evaluator is an Alien!

Can Deku prove that his version of Earth is properly protected?

While Izuku isn't going to be doing much damage normally, though he does scale a bit above 139 GT in this state. He can compensate for this gap with his double impact Iron Soles and Fa Jin. Which will let him pile on more damage than he could normally.

Allen seems to have some good statement of skill, but I'd prefer if I could see exactly how he fights.

Izuku has massively higher lifting strength as well, meaning Allen isn't escaping from Blackwhip if he gets a hold of him. Danger Sense and his own Analytical Prediction should help him deal with Allen's heavy attacks, and Smokescreen might actually be useful here as well.

I don't see anything on Allen's page that'd let him see through it.

This isn't including Gearshift, since it's his last resort. But this should easily let Izuku just wail on Allen for 5 minutes without any worry due to the massive speed amp. He'll be able to recharge Fa Jin to 695 GT almost instantly and it'll increase the strength of his attacks even more.

I'm voting Izuku for his prediction/Danger Sense combo, higher Lifting Strength, being able to block Allen's vision with Smokescreen, increasing his own AP and Speed with Fa Jin, and increasing his speed even further with Gearshift if the situation calls for it.
