Rimuru's Class and range

I think that Rimuru's class should be at least Tier 4B. I also think that this should apply to Milim and Guy too. Those 3 are atleast on an entirely different level compared to the other demon lords.

Velzard once said that she was with guy to watch him as he was someone who had the power to destroy the world created by Veldanava. Milim and Rimuru are of similar class if you think about it.

Also range could be Universal or multiversal

Ok why should they be 4-B? The current scaling is based on milim who is High 4-C, also the High 4-C gap is 596.54x in otherwords you have to be 596.54x above a High 4-C to be 4-B.

As for gii being able to destroy world, either hyperbole, only refers to the planet or outlier since universal kinds of power is eos rimuru types of power.

Likewise with the universal range, that's eos stuff excluding velgrynd's space-time continuum attack.
