He literally stomps with his ap. first of all touma has a massive range disadvantage so he can't touch rimuru. And rimuru uses his sword and cuts him.

I read the rules and it clearly states 50 meters apart touma doesn't have range and he gets ap stomped. Really willpower how the hell is that gonna help him from getting one shot.

Rimuru has virtually no reason to ever allow that. He can literally just fly and throw completely inefficient attacks until Touma passes out of exhaustion, and then finish him off.

Idk who time shenenigans is. but does that guy(?) can stop the time? And Yeah -- PM can instantly kill it's target, as it kill opponents at spiritual level. It can also use as an EE directly to it's targets since PM is the origin of all magic using Disintrigate shouldn't be hard. and it can invoke any phenomena just by merely thinking. It doesn't travel, Yuuki use it to burn rimuru directly, freeze him, throw him, BFR him and many more (It can also ignore resistance. not saying it can also ignore IB)

ok this a clear stomp, touma vs anything that has a ranged attack and flies (and it's in character to use) is no different from an excavator with anti missiles lasers vs a helicopter
While yes if he get's close he would be capable of killing him, why would he ?
About time stuff, touma can negate time distortion of supernatural origin as along as it affects him (or more specifically the area around his right hand) as shown in nt 4 where he distorted the holistic space that slowed down time and made conflict to be created more easily
even magic gods can only affect time around touma (not himself, at least not showed) by using a trick that is basically making the result natural but not the origin with the use of phases as they don't directly interact with the existing world where IB is

Also Rimuru is Large star+ level physically far superior to Milim and possibly physically universal at durability (Ciel stated: they survived at the destruction of the universe, unknown if ciel created barrier or something, also rimuru shockwave erased his whole existence)

Rimuru stomps Touma doesnt get to touch him. Though if he does, it cant deal with high godly regeneration so...there are no fair matchups. If we choose the gods they stomp, anything below gets stomped. Gg
