So you just get to avoid the concept of physical damage, and assuming something does finally hit you, it most likely won't kill you, and assuming it can finally kill you and blow you to pieces you just come back? ...idk about this one

I mean his ap means he can’t do meaningful damage even if he was to attack something I want to make a tank/utility character my idea is he only disperses if he would otherwise be harmed.
 
Name: Solar knight (referred to as Solar for short as he does not have a traditional name)
Race: star born (has a human appearance but with glowing blue streaks on his arms and legs)
Age: unknown likely thousands of years old
Gender: male
Personality: values the protection of others and would throw his life on the line to protect innocents, virtuous, kind ,brutally honest,and is in pursuit of power/ regaining his lost power from being sealed away for thousands of years

Backstory: born from the core of a blue star one of the heroes of yore who sealed a great calamity (a being that evil cults worshiped who threatened the whole galaxy) long ago was sealed, and much later was sealed away due to fear of his power inside a temple hidden inside a temple and put inside a never melting ice. And like a battery his power diminished over time. now he's awake again trying to regain his lost strength and trying to be a hero like he was long ago.

Tier: 7-C

Powers:expert swordsman, true flight/space flight (if spaceflight counts as a separate ability then just flight) ,reactive power level(skill and attack potency his durability also scales,),regeneration (low-mid, mid over time as it takes two weeks to fully heal ) , self sustenance (types 1 and 3)

Yeah, I really wasn't specific with stuff so thanks for reminding me. I wasn't thinking verse-specific races or connecting this directly to an existing verse, kind of just like the typical fantasy stuff, so probably no to being a star warrior and no to being a peer of an existing character in the Kirby verse. Accelerated Development in terms of statistics through battle would be listed as Reactive Power Level, the page states it. You wouldn't have to list your size as a power as said before. For now, I'll keep the scaling at Town level, no +s quite yet.

Personality: Those who have survived him refer to him as vengeful and full of rage. To anyone that he does not fight, he appears to be kind and compassionate, even directing his more violent nature to aid those who are less fortunate. Inside of him is a mixture of grief, anger, hopelessness and even introspection about his life and the actions he's taken up.
Backstory: Born Kanajo Cho, he grew up with a relatively peaceful life. However, he did have the desire to help those in need, becoming an officer for one of the kingdoms in his world. It was there that he met Sanagi, another officer and partner. Eventually, the two became friends. Friendship turned to romance, and romance turned into marriage. The two were wed, and moved to the outskirts of the village, where they could be alone, but still close enough should they need to assist their kingdom in any way.

One night, Cho awoke to find his house on fire, with Sanagi nowhere to be found. He ran outside, only to hear muffled yelling and to see... Nothing... His face was struck with a blade and his sight was gone. He felt the blood trickle down his face as Sanagi's voice finally broke through before being muffled again. It seemed like there were far too many voices for one robbery attempt. He tried to get up and help her, but was caught off guard by several men pummeling him to the ground. The last thing he remembered before blacking out was one of them saying he would never see her again. And it appeared as though he was right. The man lied practically lifeless on the ground, and his eyesight was gone. Even if he found her, he couldn't see her face, her smile, her eyes... ever again.

Once daybreak began, Cho got up from where he lay. He still felt the injuries, but didn't care. He smelled the smoke in the air, feeling around and finding their home completely destroyed... The only thing intact from the wreckage was his blade, though the scabbard was cracked and damaged. He staggered and slowly made his way to the kingdom, asking the other officers for assistance. When they said there was nothing they could do, his rage grew, and he left. His body was starting to become acclimated to losing his sight. If they couldn't do anything to help him get his wife back, he would.

He was 29 the day she was taken from him. For 2 years, he has done everything in his power to find Sanagi. Part of him considers the idea that she could be dead, but he refused to believe it. After all, he thought he would die hearing Sanagi be ripped away from him, but he's still alive and kicking. Following leads, doing brutal interrogations, he gained more information on who was responsible. However, during this time, his violent actions that accompanied his quest led to him being known solely as "Ikari".

It seems like some long ago great calamity would affect a lot, not just your backstory. Can you explain that in a bit more depth?

Armed with nothing but their fists, a demonic greatsword (reminiscent of the Tessaiga from Inuyasha), and a battle axe, they have slain countless monsters throughout the years. Some have claimed that the Warrior is immortal and been slaughtering demons, monsters, and even human since time immemorial. Some have stated that the Warrior is simply a child with an unshakable thrill of the hunt. Some have theorized that the Warrior is the embodiment of war and anarchy sent by the gods to shave the very earths themselves. Who knows? Maybe these stories are true.

Tier: At least City Block level+ (65+ tons)

Powers:
  • Limited Shapeshifting (The Nameless Warrior is a practitioner of a low-level form-shifting magic, enabling him to alter their size and weight, albeit very moderately. From time to time, there have been rumors that the warrior is 5'10" during the daytime but 5'6" during the nighttime)
  • Supernatural Willpower (Whatever their aim is, the Nameless Warrior is eternally-persistent in achieving their goals, pushing past any and all obstacles, both mentally and physically, to get what they want. There have been battles in which the Warrior has been shot down by arrows, stabbed several times by swords and katanas, bludgeoned, and set ablaze inside of their armor, and the warrior's spirit only grew stronger, rendering their opposition completely irrelevant. Their ability to overcome great pain and injury through sheer strength of will is complimented by their ability to overcome their own struggles by exceeding their limits severalfold, closing the gap between them and their aspirations)
  • Aura (The aura that surrounds the Nameless Warrior at all times is a thick, overbearing, and fear-inducing shroud of an invisible, malicious energy, reminiscent of demons. This aura can be described as "sick", "grotesque", "gut-wrenching", and "the culmination of crying souls", almost as though the Warrior has captured their opponents' lives and held onto them. The force and viscosity of this aura can be controlled by the Warrior, allowing for varying degrees of fear and nausea-inducing)
  • Martial Arts / Weapon Mastery (The Nameless Warrior, as the name suggests, is a master of both hand-to-hand combat and sword-based combat, with tales describing them as beast-like in skill and style)

Size Manipulation would probably be a more accurate term instead of Transformation. My main issue is your aura. The fear, depending on how intense it is could be quite OP, and that overwhelming effect is probably a no.
