Even if he can, Yukari snipes. I know Rick hs 2-A range, but it's not something he can pull off with anything. Yukari can easily kill him before he can reach her.

I'm not sure if there was a conclusion as to if higher dimensional AP automatically bypasses lower dimensional Regenerationn. Just as an example, Could The Guide Mark II kill Homura Akemi despite the guide not having conceptual manipulation?

It would end up being a slatemate, as neither can kill the other.

Higher dimensional AP shouldn't override godly regen, unless they do something like use that to delete the universe/multiverse/whatever the lower character is in (and even then, High Godly may work there).

If you nuke the universe/multiverse the character exists in, it should bypass most regen, abstract existences and the like, unless it has feats of surviving it.

Either way Cal plz don't lower yourself to the level of voting just because you see a higher tier on the character's profile. Rick is Tier 2 with literally only one tech, which is hardly applicable in combat (and even if it was, Rick would die too unless he got away first, which won't happen against Yukari).
