Rhino strength is too low?

Why are we not considering some of Rhino's feats? Looking at his respect thread, he fought Hulk, The Thing, She-Hulk. Is it not consistent enough?

It's not consistent in the sense He's a Spider-Man villain first and foremost, so it's nonsensical to scale him to far higher opponents

Yes, Marvel is being Marvel as usual. Sandman (Marvel Comics) has the same problem.

I see. I thought that since he is usually much stronger than his usual opponents, that it's not that crazy for him to be comparable to someone like the Thing, with which he fought.
