Reverse-Flash profile minor revision

Since Professor Zoom/Reverse-Flash's profile is (I assume) undergoing major revisions similar to how Wally and Barry's profile did, it should have a note on it similar to Pennywise (Canon) that the profile is undergoing major revisions and shouldn't be used in versus threads for the time being. This helps prevent confusion, as some people offsite and even onsite think this is how we actually rate the character.
