Resistance to Mind Manipulation for HAD and EOH Jotaro

in the game it has been shown that The Holy Corpse can repel HAD's mind control

EOH Jotaro has had a corpse part for all of the game and HAD absorbed most of them so I think they should have resistance to Mind Manipulation

here Speedwagon states the Corpse Part can bring Kakyoin back to normal (Kakyoin was at the time mind controlled by HAD)

here is HAD with all the Corpse Parts before absorbing them, he absorbs all but one of the Corpse Parts, the last part is in the possestion of EOH Jotaro

I'd like some more elaboration on why they can repel mind control.

So what's with Jotaro having the last corpse part, is that the reason why he wasn't mindhaxxed?

It wasn't actually explained why in the story at all

Jotaro was given it by Speedwagon but it wasn't explained why his Copse Part wasn't taken from him by HAD (maybe it's Over Heaven), Jotaro wasn't in any point in the game mind controlled or attempted to be mind controlled by HAD but he had repelled the mind control from characters multiple times in the game with the Corpse Part
