Resistance to electricy = resistance to heat?

So If there is character that can resist lightning which in 20,000 degrees Celsius, does that mean he can resist other heat like sun surface heat around 5,500 Celcius or other heat manipulation?
 
It depends if the lightning is grounded then no since IRL characters have survived lightning however if it's not grounded and lasts for a while then yes they should scale to the heat resistance.

Yes since heat is heat, regardless of what creates that heat.

20,000 degree Celsius create by fire = 20,000 degree Celsius lightning.

Anyway, if the character remains intact and has evidence of evaporation from the environment, as here, I think it can be considered. The people who survive lightning IRL is thanks to the distance factor. But I don't know exactly
