Removing Zeno's Ban

What? These are all Digimon you say? Well there aren't many verses that I can say has some of the most haxed 2-C's and above and the most haxless 2-C's and above. My point here is that there are fair matches for Zeno.

All we have to do is close said threads. Nothing more. We also need to make judgments on whether a fight is a stomp or decisive. Overall I feel Zeno can be in battles, however he just can't fight the haxier ones of his tier for obvious reasons.

Besides we rarely see Zeno threads anymore. Why not see what people can do with them?
