Remedy Connected Universe (Alan Wake & Control) Verse & Profile Creation Thread

Hey, all. I recently played through the entire Max Payne trilogy, and I will be starting the Alan Wake series today. I decided to preemptively create this thread because I noticed Remedy's games barely have a presence on-site, and I will likely be interested in creating profiles for characters like Alan Wake and Jesse Faden, once I finish the games and my other WIP profiles. Spoiler discussions are fine, though please tag any content as such. Thanks!

Bump.

It's been a few months, but I finally got around to playing and completing the first Alan Wake game, and I'm honestly in love with this series already. I think the best place to start in regards to getting the verse off the ground is to establish the source material we should be looking through, at least in terms of what is canon to the "Remedy Connected Universe." From my understanding of Remedy's works, here is a (somewhat) comprehensive list of all canon works (with links, if I could find them):
Additionally, it seems Alan Wake's appearance in Dead By Daylight may be a canon crossover, though that may require more research and discussion. I have also heard claims that the official novelization of Alan Wake is supposedly non-canon, but I have yet to see any evidence or sources for the claim, so it is, tentatively, fair game.

Remedy no longer holds the rights to Max Payne or Quantum Break, so aside from references, I do not believe they would qualify for canonicity to the RCU.
