Still think reinhard is too vague to be in vs matches, still have yet to see him in a legitimate fight, albeit we are getting close to seeing reinhard vs cecilius and reinhard vs regulus, but still gonna take a while to see him in action.

She is even more vague than reinhard since she hasn't done anything yet either, she has been sealed the whole series. Only thing she has done is that we know her miasma mind and soul screws things.

Overall re zero top tiers are vague, we have statements about satella destroying half the world, and reinhard being able to easily destroy the world.

Below that is some summaries and stuff that can either put the characters below reinhard and satella at country level, or at city level. I don't really know the full extent of their abilities though or what they can do with their abilities, same with reinhard and satella.

The mid tiers are just a mess, no idea what i am gonna do with them. In dire need for more stuff to be translated, atm only character whose tier is set is White Whale, everyone else will probably be moved around at some point.

Satella you mean? It's repeatedly stated in story that she destroyed half the world, the author conforms it too, and also that reinhard can destroy the world, we aren't going to see satella in action until like the final arc anyway.
