The soul of the world blesses Reinhard with abilities whenever he needs them, so he has a ton of op blessings to counter enemy attacks and maximize the efficiency of his own. He also can cook/prepare any meal to perfection and come back to life on death.
His sword slashes and physical strikes fall under The Divine Protection of Initiative, so it includes his spatial slash with his sword/matter hax.

What ability would this be? Probability manipulation?

Sort of? Reinhard makes his first strike and either he's always fast/accurate enough or the enemy just can't dodge or counter it in time. We don't get much of an explanation for it other than knowing he has the ability and seeing him always land his first blow no matter what, even when he's facing swordsmen on par with himself.
We never get to see things from Reinhard's perspective so it's hard to be specific.
