If you want to destroy concept - you must erase this concept EVERYWHERE.

His way to deal with Machina? Encase him in 500,000 spheres, each one temporally discontinuous. Since he cannot erase all of them in one go if they don't share the same history.

Assuming that this is Reinhard with the 8 Swastikas open, and looking at what A6C said about Mari Nakanobe here, I would like to vote for Mari Nakanobe for possibly being immune to everything that Heydrich can throw out, as well as being able to affect things at a Multiversal level.

This is highly likely a stomp match. If not, I still go with Mari.
