Flash has a tour in Suwahara City and then he winds up for some reason getting on Ougen's bad side. Reinhard then becomes pissed and decides to show Flash who is boss. Reinhard then gets even more mad threatening to take over a large chunk of the DC verse but Flash decides to bravely put his soul on the line saying he has to get past him first, Can Flash beat Reinhard or does Reinhard get to recruit Flash for free.

Reinhard is in Base for obvious reasons and Flash is in Post Crisis

Reinhard starts off with Nilheimr Fenriswolf [willing to make Reinhard not start with it if it makes the fight fair]

Round 1: Reinhard and Flash have no prep time

Round 2: Reinhard and Flash have 48 hours prep time and both have knowledge on each other's abilities.

By giving Reinhard Niflheimr Fenriswolf at the start, you take away Flash's one and only advantage, since he can't do anything if he can't touch someone, and his speed stealing is just pointless due to Niflheimr Fenriswolf mechanics.

Then there's the fact that Rein's Low-Godly Regen makes it impossible for Flash to try anything other than BFR (which he really can't with NF ready). Along with Longinuslanze Testament's ability to one-shot Flash, there's no reason to think the latter could win at all.
