1. Reimu be like lol Fantasy Nature. Cue Stalemate. If we believes Marisa's Large Planet feat, Reimu could possibly beats him after a looong fight but otherwise, stalemate.
2. Our current tiering system doesn't seems to accept scaling from Shinki but if it do, Reimu be like Solar System to Galaxy. Cue no more Frieza. If we don't scale from Shinki, either Frieza wins or Stalemate (if by PC-98 you mean Composite, thus Fantasy Nature again).
