I don't know anything about MB, how/can she hit/effect Regulus?

Can she do it in time before Regulus bullies her with space cuts and physics shit?

It probably depends on Mogura's ability and she needs to take a chance on it.

Regulus has pride and talks many words, so if he say something repetitive like "right = 権利 けんり", she can mistranslate that word and change, combine it into some meanings or word that doesn't make sense.
Example of the word "sword behind = 剣裏 けんり" which the word itself doesn't exist.

Edit: She possibly can change his "Invulnerability = 不死身 Fujimi" into something when it comes to kanji.
 
So she warps reality via words?

How would she know of his Invulnerability in time to not get spatially erased?

Mogura will know about his Invulnerability if she hits him a couple times but didn't work. So if Mogura questions him, she might use that opportunity. Although Regulus might know her ability and ignore her, but she can also make him die if he stays quiet or didn't talk.

I didn't even know that Regulus has Invulnerability or I just didn't look at the profiles correctly.

Regulus Corneas : Has a chance to kill Mogura using his space time cuts, because Mogura has no resistance against space and time as seen on the chapter of the manga which she fought Kumagawa and lost due to All Fiction.

Mogura Kugurugi : Has a chance to mistranslate Regulus' words and turned it as her advantage: could manifest possibly something, or changing some events due to Regulus's Japanese words. Regulus' talkative personality will be an opportunity for her to use her ability "Wrong Conversion" (She can probably touch his wives if he talks about them{?})


Though, I just have to wait for someone who are knowledgable at Re:Zero or Medaka Box and see if this is a stomp or not.

She probably can, since she quickly knew what Kumagawa is thinking about his own fetish and what his next move will be before she lost to him a moment ago in this manga chapter. She also stated that she doesn't need any advices from her comrades.

Iirk, Re:Zero has another language
 
As far as we know, the spoken language in re zero is Japanese since Subaru didn't have to learn that, its never really been stated that he has some sort of automatic translation.

The written language however isn't Japanese, Subaru had to learn that.
