so. It's basically a beam which absorbs all the "emotional energies" of the target, destroying their minds in the process. The hitted target is transformed in a "coolflame" (which loses all its non-physical abilities and gets brand new ones) who is a mindless servant of the Evronian Empire.

Not really regen. If it destroys minds Resistance to Mind Manipulation can work. If the entirety of their being is destroyed, alongside their mind, Mid-Godly regen handles that.

I'm not sure that mind resistance can work, it's a more biological thing. It is normally used as a weapon and even well mind trained characters has been shown to fear being hit by an evrongun (the thing that fires the K beam. Maybe I didn't explain very well: the K beam is basically a blue light beam fired via weapons. I searched 1/2 of hour for scans to give you an example but I couldn't find any)

If it only destroys their physical mind and not the "Spiritual" consciousness then High regen MIGHT do it, but Low-Godly if the "astral consciousness" is unaffected and only the physical brain is affected and Mid-Godly (Baseline) if the very soul, consciousness and mind is destroyed.
