Regarding intangibility

If a character can put their entire body into another dimension for minutes at a time and then project three clones into the regular dimension with equal power, is this simply dimensional travel+intangibility+cloning?

From attacks simply going through their body. Or is that phasing?

Still visible but attacks simply go right through. To touch them physically you also have to be in this same dimension, while in this dimension he projects three after image/Clones that have his combat power into the main dimension/universe or whatever

This sounds like Spatial Intangibility:


Spatial: The ability to shift into other dimensions so as to avoid and phase through attacks. While this allows them to avoid most forms of attack, they can still be affected by attacks that operate on similar principles and by those with sufficient range to target them in the other dimension.
