Regarding Bill Cipher's upgrades

Like I said, I'm cool with author statements that aren't Contradictory or vague. But if that's the case about accepting author statements in the wiki then I can go ask Dan Salvato questions about Monika and if he replies properly to them, then we could use it for CRT upgrades for DDLC.
 
I mean if that's the case, his concept manip shouldn't really be accepted then.
